"Scrap Metal and Shuttle Diplomacy (in full)"

" "Swords into Ploughshares"! Is the cry. What if your agricultural equipment is dual-purpose and capable of both war-time and peace-time uses? It is long past time that the philosophy of "dual-purpose use" become adopted throughout the M.O.D.. Also whilst it is true that the M.O.D have been using and abusing all the British and British held territory it can get it's hand's on since it's inception the recent (still occluded), debacle over Vesta's off-shore wind-farm contracts represents one of the greatest abuses of their position (at least of our domestic territory and for the moment ignoring their relationship with all aspects of "Nuclear Power"*), in living memory. Why should this be the case? Without an inclusive guiding philosphy of "dual purpose usage" our military will remain an exclusive cabal which both alienates and is alienated from a large percentage of the population. It is as a direct result of this alienation that we have become capable of the idiocies of defence expenditure and procurement that we have witnessed recently.

* "Nuclear Power=Nuclear Weapons?! No Joke!"

Ed's Note: DEFRA has still not responded to my inquiries (reported verbatim on forum, go to http://medialens.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3021 ), concerning the relationship between the off-shore radar profile issue and the siting of wind-farms around the British coast. It seems they can penetrate into our lives, go to http://another-green-world.blogspot.com/2011/01/keep-your-truncheon-in-your-trousers.html but we cannot pentrate into theirs, go to
http://www.mod.uk/DefenceInternet/MicroSite/DE/WhatWeDo/Operations/ModSafeguarding.htm (also appears on my thread "Wicked Leeks" on this forum).

NB. Neither should a philosophy of "dual purpose usage" wed us to one of continued aggression, quite the reverse infact.

The Chinese now have a stealth aircraft (something which changes the balance of power internationally considerably), and the Finnish have a stealth-boat but we've watched the Q.E 2, The Harrier, The Ark Royal and our "new" Nimrods "go-down-the-tube" at the same time as we under-equip/under-support/under-pay our troops fighting in both Iraq and Afghanistan and over-spend on aircraft carriers which we cannot afford to properly equip and which are not as well suited to peacetime activities as their predecessors*. Our arms industry is good at maiming and killing in our name during our wars of aggression but not (it seems), capable of allowing us to hold our heads up internationally. That is not to say that our arms industry is not financially successful but isn't that the point? A "financially successful" arms industry is just as surely an expression of zero as is the notion of "an unsustainable economy"!
It is beyond doubt (to this observer), that this situation has developed as a direct result of our "Special Relationship" (much more "special" in recent decades than before), with The United States. Britain's xenophobic attitude towards the rest of Europe and it's co-dependency on the U.S has poisoned all aspects of our society**. Winston Churchill surely served his country ill when he said to De Gaulle; "When I have to choose between you and Roosevelt, you should know that I will always choose Roosevelt. And when I have to choose between Europe and the wide open seas... I will always choose the wide open seas." (from
http://homepage.eircom.net/~odyssey/Quotes/History/Churchill.html )

*Their design may also be fatally flawed re: the effects of freak waves on long/thin/flat surfaces. Quote: "Currently the biggest wave factored into most ship design is smooth, undulating and 15m high. A freak wave is not only far bigger, it is so steep it is almost breaking. This near-vertical wall of water is almost impossible to ride over - the wave just breaks over the ship. According to accident investigator, Rod Rainey, such a wave would exert a pressure of 100 tonnes per square metre on a ship, far greater than the 15 tonnes that ships are designed to withstand without damage. It's no wonder that even ships the size of the huge freighter München can sink without trace." Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/horizon/2002/freakwave.shtml
Ed's Note: It occurs to me that to break a plank of wood in the middle whilst it is supported by the surface of a workbench is very difficult however support the plank only at either end and facilitating it's breakage becomes far easier. Therefore one assumes (in order that my initial suspicions concerning the flawed resonance characteristics of the vessel should prove to be be correct), that should one of these "freak waves" manifest itself such that as the vessel attempts to ride it the stern of the vessel is caught in the body of the previous wave a pressure drop will occur under the hull (in the trough of the wave), with the result that the ship becomes supported only at either end, consequently should the wave break directly above the centre of the flight deck the structural integrity of the entire ship would be compromised.

**Esp. The W.A.S.P/Zionist-like relationship between U.S "Free-Market Liberals" and the heriditary principle.

Let's be honest, it was the prospect of sales to Saudi Arabia that financed The Euro-Fighter, another fine example of European co-operation!

The presence of a plethora of secret military installations around Bonnybridge and Falkirk cannot be denied, the man who raised concerns about their activities nationally is (now "ex-"*), Bonnybridge Councillor Billy Buchanan. I believe that it is those who run Bonnybridge (and other similar establishments), who have played a major role in the occlusion of the radar profile issue.

*"UFO Councillor Quits Politics

COLOURFUL councillor Billy Buchanan is quitting local politics. The man who helped make Bonnybridge a Mecca for UFO buffs will resign from Falkirk Council later this month. Mr Buchanan, 47, yesterday blamed stress for his decision to bow out. He said: ``It's been a heartbreaking decision. I have projects and commitments that I don't want to leave unfinished. Once they are complete, I will tender my resignation.'' He added: ``I have been suffering a lot from stress. I have sweated blood and tears for Bonnybridge. There's no blood left any more - only tears. Now, my health must come first.'' Mr Buchanan put his Stirlingshire village on the UFO world map when he demanded official inquiries into the strange sightings in the skies reported by local people. Bonnybridge became the UFO capital of the UK as TV crews from throughout the world filmed documentaries probing reports of strange craft and lights over the area. The councillor staged a series of UFO conferences which drew packed audiences to Falkirk Town Hall. Mr Buchanan, an independent, has represented Bonnybridge on Falkirk District Council and Central Regional Council since 1992. He was elected with a comfortable majority to the new Falkirk Council. His resignation means a by-election." Go to

Quote: "MoD radar breakthrough promises green light to 4GW of windfarms
Ministry of Defence confirms it has tried and tested 'windfarm-friendly radars'

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has signed a deal that could unlock more than 4GW of windfarms currently stuck in the planning system, after successfully trialling a radar system that can ignore the spinning blades of turbines.

The MoD announced late last week that contractor SERCO had installed and successfully tested a Lockheed Martin TPS-77 Air Defence Radar at Trimingham on the Norfolk coast, which allows it to conditionally scrap its objections to five offshore wind farms in the Greater Wash.

The proposed wind farms boast a combined capacity of up to 3.3GW.

The department also confirmed, as reported last year, that it has ordered two more "wind farm-friendly radars", which will be paid for by developers and installed at Staxton Wold, North Yorkshire and Brizlee Wood, Northumberland, potentially unlocking a further 750MW of proposed projects.

The Brizlee Wood replacement was purchased to allow North British Windpower's 48 turbine Fallago Rig project to progress. But the mitigation solution could also remove objections to a number of other wind farms planned nearby.

According to the government's Renewables Roadmap, most of the 1.9GW of onshore wind farms that have been unable to gain planning consent for more than two years are held up by objections over radar interference because the spinning blades disrupt radar signals.

Wind turbines as small as 50kW can reflect radar waves, appearing on tracking screens as 'clutter' in an unpredictable and confusing way. However, independent wind farm developers often cannot afford to invest in expensive mitigation technologies designed to reduce the impact on radars.

Dr Gordon Edge, RenewableUK's director of policy, hailed the news as "the end of what has been a long-term obstacle for the expansion of wind energy".

"Through close co-operation with the Ministry of Defence, the industry is identifying its impact on our defence infrastructure and bearing its share of the costs of mitigating that impact," he said. "By doing so, we expand our ability to tap into Britain's world-beating renewable energy resources."

Today's news is the product of two memorandums of understandings between the wind energy industry and stakeholders, such as the MoD, the Crown Estate, and air traffic control operator NATS.

Commenting on the news, Minister for Defence Personnel, Welfare and Veterans Andrew Robathan said the MoD had played an "instrumental" role in "convincing the energy companies to collaborate and jointly fund the cost of the radar".

"This is good news for all parties to this arrangement," he added." Go to http://wind-turbine-uk.co.uk/mod-radar-breakthrough-promises-green-light-to-4gw-of-windfarms/#comment-6112

Quote: ""Radar-Paint" & "Stealth-Turbines"
because all along, the myth that wind farms conflict with military radar systems was propagated in order to sell Lockheed Martin technology !  http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn18032-stealthy-wind-turbines-aim-to-disappear-from-radar-screens.html http://www.fas.org/irp/agency/dod/jason/wind.pdf

Wind farms never posed any problem to military radar systems - it was all dreamed up to force the wind power industry to bailout the military technology supply companies with new lucrative contracts... " With thanks to Jo Abbess of the Media Lens Message Board.

Quote: "For all their environmental appeal, wind turbines have few fans in the military or among air traffic controllers. Strange as it might seem, radar systems easily confuse the turbines' rotating blades with passing aircraft. Now a company has developed a "stealthy", radar-invisible blade that could see many more wind farms springing up across the UK and elsewhere.
The concern over wind turbines is delaying their deployment. According to the UK Government's Department of Energy and Climate Change, plans for over 5 gigawatts of wind power are currently stalled by aviators' objections . " See second link given above." Quote: "LOCKHEED X-22A ANTI-GRAVITY FIGHTER DISC

Information has come into the public's attention which suggests that Lockheed has been working in the "black" on a discoid-shaped aircraft. Not only does this aircraft utilise anti-gravitic propulsion, but the discs are believed to be equipped with highly advanced particle beam weaponry.

Lockheed does hold the patents on disc-shaped passenger aicraft, so it is not unreasonable to assume they have also (successfully) investigated the possibility of creating such craft as military platforms.

Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF (deceased) stated that black military astronauts trained at a secret aerospace academy and later would operate out of Beale and Vandenberg Air Force Bases in California.

From those bases, these military astronauts regularly fly trans-atmospherically and out into space. One of the aerospace craft they use, Colonel Wilson reported, is the X-22A, Lockheed's two-man anti-gravity disc craft.

Evidence for the existence of the X-22A first came to light during Operation Desert Storm when American soldiers (and most likely Iraqi soldiers as well) made sightings of disc-shaped craft in the desert hovering near to U.S. officers. People also made claims of seeing these craft fire intense beams of light that removed any trace of what previously sat at the location, apart from a circular charcoal-like burn mark on the ground.

A Desert Storm soldier stated the following: "In the first days film footage and especially Video-cams which a large number of G.I.s had were impounded so they wouldn`t capture any sensitive material."

Dr. Richard Boylan states the following about the X-22A:

"The described disc was clearly an antigravity levitating aerial weapons platform in the U.S. arsenal, possibly a Lockheed X-22A two-man discoid craft, the real DarkStar, (of which the unmanned drone X-22 DarkStar is a front "cover" aircraft program to disguise this manned antigravity fighter disc.) Further, it appears that the real DarkStar manned discs come equipped with the latest Neutral Particle Beam weapons, which take apart the target at the molecular level. ET craft do not incinerate humans. Only human military fighters are so deployed. So this report does not deal with any extraterrestrial event.

It has been said that if the American people knew what the military had in their arsenal today, they wouldn't believe it, and would think someone was fantasizing about a Lucas Star Wars movie episode."
